Tack TMI designed an extensive management essentials programme that was delivered to a high standard to all of the company’s South East Asian territories.


Based on the post-learning behavioural assessments, participants achieved an 8% improvement in behavioural change, while their managers reported a significant improvement of 16%.


The feedback received showed that the participants noticed a significant improvement in communication and were more receptive to feedback and ideas. As such, with their newly acquired skills, they are able to build trustworthy relationships with their team and stakeholders while instilling strong morale.


Participants were found to engage in effective and frequent coaching conversations. Managers also noticed greater openness to change initiatives and new challenges among participants after the programme.
