Tack TMI, (November 15, 2022) – Tack TMI further enhances its direct global presence through the acquisition of licensee, Tack TMI Malaysia

 

We are delighted to announce that Tack TMI, the learning and development division of Gi Group Holding, has acquired “TMI Consultancy Sdn. Bhd.”, formally an externally owned licensee of Tack TMI and doing business in Malaysia as “Tack TMI Malaysia”.

 

This acquisition will further reinforce Tack TMI’s direct global presence and will create a local office in Southeast Asia for the first time in its more than 100-year combined history.

 

Tack TMI Malaysia has been prominent in the Malaysian market for over 17 years, and is highly regarded for its impactful learning and development solutions, and a high profile and dedicated Team living the Tack TMI brand.

 

This acquisition will further strengthen Tack TMI Malaysia’s presence in the region. First, by becoming part of Gi Group Holding, one of the worlds leading multinational staffing companies, it enters a world-class HR ecosystem. Furthermore, by joining Tack TMI, it will benefit from additional sales and marketing support, as well as a focus to accelerate its digital offering. For regional clients, the acquisition will mean access to the global knowhow and implementation strength of Tack TMI.

Agnes Elizabeth, currently Chief Strategy Officer at Tack TMI Malaysia, will take over the leadership of the company on 1st January 2023.
